Brilliant. Dacres Skipton were fantastic with my house sale. Mark obviously knows his area well, and after recommending a higher list price than another agent had, managed to secure an asking price offer on the first viewing. We had challenging buyers who had haphazard solicitors but Mark and Harriet did a superb job of managing the relationship with the buyer and smoothing a path that ultimately allowed completion by the date planned. The team were always easy to get hold of throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure the transaction kept on track and all parties were kept up to date. It’s not often you get this combination of sales skill and keen customer focus, but it’s worth its weight in gold. Dacres were very competitive and the whole team - Mark, Harriet and Jacob were a pleasure to deal with and ultimate professionals.
