I can’t thank Natalie at Eatons enough for the incredible support she provided while arranging my dad’s funeral. From start to finish, she was compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely went out of her way to help me in any way she could. During the worst time of my life, she brought comfort, clarity, and kindness, making an unbearable situation that bit easier to navigate. My mum passed away on 8th of may 2025 and I spoke to Tilly about the funeral arrangements and I have to say she was absolutely brilliant with every aspect sorting everything and going the extra mile to make sure everything went perfect on the day.
