Truly outstanding. I’m 62 and have easily visited over a hundred garages and dealerships in the UK and US with mostly European, difficult to fix older cars. This is easily one of the top three, if not best,places I have been lucky enough to find. The service manager Pan is a genuinely good guy and a knowledgeable pro who runs an excellent and committed team. If you have a VW or Audi in the Skipton area, don’t take it anywhere else.
Absolutely outstanding - a fault with our T5 transporter was sorted quickly and efficiently. The gentleman was friendly and very helpful! Would highly recommend - more than 5 star service!
Aire Valley Workshop carried out a 10k mile service, timing belt / auxiliary belt / water pump on my Golf today. They were very reasonably priced, super friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
Couldn't be more grateful to Pan and the team. Had a dangerous suspension problem whilst on holiday several hundred miles from home and RAC were no help. Someone recommended Aire Valley Workshop and we screeched into the garage at 5.25pm. Pan was able to source parts and recommended a taxi back to our hotel for our last night in Yorkshire. We got back at 11 the next day and it was all done. What a relief. Many thanks.
Had our VW Tiguan in the workshop today for a cambelt change and a Haldex service and also found a leak on crankshaft seal all work carried out to a very high standard and details added on VW service history (on line) .Excellent friendly service at a competitive price.
