Went to get my car booked in for some repairs and then an MOT. Stood at the entrance for about 5 mins, the young lad, polite enough nodded to acknowledge my being there. However, the main chap didn't even acknowledge me at all, despite not doing much at all. Another lady came by and he was only to quick to acknowledge her. Pure ignorance. I won't be taking any of my cars there again. Phoenix Auto Services Skipton. Welcoming, helpful and great customer service, that's the place to go 👍🏻
Had a problem with steering after hitting pothole, took it to Craven MOT Centre. They sorted it out the FDS spring was broken, cheers lads saved me money and was up and running within no time.. cheers again fantastic service and really helpful...👍👍👍👍👍
