Turned up at 0845 on Monday morning unannounced with a noisy rattle. It was the first day of a short break in Skipton. The mechanic said leave it with us for an hour and once a ramp is free I'll take a look. Went back at 1000 and it was all sorted, No Charge, despite me trying to give them money for a drink. Highly recommend them for speed and customer service. I visit Skipton a couple of timmes a year and would definitely go to Ian Cranstons if I had z pronlem. Thanks a lot, you saved my break!
Best mechanic ever! I've been their client for 2 years and I cannot recommend this place enough. Very honest, very nice, helpful and they take the time to explain any issues or procedures.
Ian has been looking after my car for so many years I have lost count.I am always dealt with speedily, efficiently and cost effectively.He is always calm and reassuring when I go in thinking I have a big car problem! His premises always look spotless, don't know how,with all they have to deal with.I hope he never retires, don't know where else I could go to equal the service I receive.
I had my car serviced at this garage it was my 1st time using them as I’m travelling the canal network I would highly recommend them all the locks and hinges was all greased back window water was working 1st time since I’ve had the car Very good price yes I would recommend to friend
They was recommend to me by another garage, and honestly they went above and beyond to repair my car for me. They were all friendly, very knowledgeable and very quick at identifying the problem and very reasonable price, what more could you want. Brilliant.....
