Superb level of Service Really refreshing to deal with such an impressive & professional company. I have just purchased a Mitsubishi L200 from Midgley Motors. My first Pick up in the UK. I had dealings with both Andrew & Charlie on the sales side. Throughout the sales process I felt very confident that not only did the team have a comprehensive knowledge of the vehicles; but more importantly they wanted to know exactly what my requirements were. Dropped L200 off for MOT and Air con regas at 10-15. Told would be lunch time, got back too garage at 13-15. To be told on with MOT and then regas? We thought MOT was 10-30? Been using them since we bought the car from MMC, doing 60 mile round trip to do so, not happy with them this time. It wasn't about the part or returning to have it fitted. It was MOT 10-30 so we got there before10-15 as last MOT, was told would be ready for lunchtime when we got back to MMC was told on with MOT it was 13-15. Then doing regas? We had phone call from MMC to book in for part fitting and regas. So they do look at their rewiews and act on them. Just returned to MMC for aircon regas and seal repair. Very good service, dropped off walked into Skipton and was called to say it was ready before we thought it would be. Invoice was less than we thought and car was washed. Thankyou too MMC Skipton.
