I put my car in for some urgent work and the garage managed to squeeze me in between other jobs and cancellations which was a life-saver. It's clear to me that the service centre put a huge emphasis on customer service, as all interactions with various colleagues were consistently professional. Works were agreed within an hour of dropping off the car and I was given a "why" to the "what" without even prompting which is a standard many garages do not adhere to. The quote given was within my expectations, and getting a dealership style mini-valet included was a truly lovely touch which will genuinely make me consider returning for my regular services.

The sale was not forced and we were able to take the car for multiple test drives over a few days to make sure it was the right fit. We were confident the car had an extensive service history and were even offered a renewed MOT with parts replaced as part of the purchase deal.
