Always a joy to have Megan cut my hair. Suffering with sciatica at the moment. She did everything to accommodate and make sure I was comfortable. Kneeling on the floor to have your hair dyed is a new one on me. It worked! Came out with fabulous hair and (relatively) pain free! Above and beyond 😍

My first time in Saks, I'm new to the area. Really pleasant staff. Lovely interior, efficient and professional service. Teas and coffees freely available. Great chat and conversation from John who cut my hair beautifully (short hair cuts take great skill) and I love the colour. A very pleasant experience, and I booked for a return visit.

Lovely Salon, very friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. Gabby was lovely, very warm and welcoming. Chatty and friendly. Very interested and listened to everything I asked for. Gave me lots of advice as well as the best haircut I've had for a long time. Felt refreshed and looking forward to my next visit.

First time at SAKS, was a little bit anxious as been with my previous hairdresser for eons but as I have relocated I needed to find a good hairdresser... I wasn't disappointed! Everyone at SAKS are so friendly... felt like I had been going for years. Claire is amazing... I went in with a style in mind and she was so knowledgeable about hair and what colours suits a person that we collaborated and came up with a plan and the outcome was far far better than I could have hoped for !! Booked my next appointment and can confidently say I've found my new hairdresser!!

Always have a great experience in this salon. Gabby does a great cut and colour and is so lovely. Always get a fantastic wash and head message, and a lovely coffee. Its a real treat.
