NFU Mutual Skipton and Clitheroe

I've just updated travel and breakdown insurance with NFU Skipton. They also deal with both of our cars and our house insurance. We've dealt with them for a number of years; they never fail to be courteous, helpful and professional. An excellent bunch, they seem very keen to provide first class customer service. Their prices are good too - saved £800 when I swapped home insurance.

On the 11th July 2019 I insured my car with NFU (not used them before)as they provided an excellent level of cover at a more competitive rate than my existing insurer. On the 18th July 2019 driving along a country road 60 miles away from home I collided with a deer resulting in significant damage to both car and deer. NFU insurance could not have done more. They responded quickly, sympathetically and efficiently organising collection and repair of the car and a taxi for me to return home. Absolutely delighted with this exemplary level of service.

A brilliant company with lovely, helpful, experienced people. I’ve insured with them for years and so had my parents years before that when they were farming. An absolute pleasure to do business with!
