What amazing levels of service! Absolutely incredible - going the extra mile doesn't do justice. After holidaying in Grassington, our youngest daughter left her favourite cuddly toy (Patch the Dalmatian) wrapped up in the linen and she was extremely upset. I contacted Laura at Whiterose who first checked through the sheets - Patch couldn't be found. However later in the day, Laura was able to check through all the towels and Patch was found! We were incredibly grateful and exchanged our home address details with Laura who dispatched Patch together with a bag of sweets, a lolly and a wonderful card (from Patch of course) to Sophie the very next day. Throughout all this extensive process, Laura kept us fully updated of her actions and timings and Pat arrived back home today. Sophie was ecstatic! So not just helping, not even going the extra mile, Laura and Whiterose's efforts, kindness and thoughtfulness was absolutely wonderful and we can't thank them enough. Laura even sent a photo of Patch to reassure Sophie that he'd been rescued at the last minute from a long wash! Amazing! Mike and Sophie Searle.

Life savers! A really friendly bunch who get the job done with no fuss. Had several service washed done there and dry cleaning for two suits. No complaints at all, just nice folk, decent price and quick service. Very professional with a friendly attitude.

Fantastic staff, went the extra mile to help and sort out a wedding veil on the morning of the wedding! Couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend them

Had my suit dry cleaned here. Had an easily removable stain on the lapelle and when i got it back it was still there. Took the suit home, put a bit of vanish on it and it came out straight away. Obviously no care was taken when dry cleaning the suit. All wrinkled too. Will not use again.
