Great domestic plumbing and heating company, dealing with Michael and the lads on site have been great.

Many thanks to Harry Clarkes for all their work over the last 6 months essentially replacing the central heating, putting in a new hot water system and generally tidying up messy pipework. Nothing was too much trouble with quick responses to fit in with other trades. Would highly recommend them ...

Never used this company but I've nearly been killed by their van drivers twice in the past two weeks. On both occasions I've been cycling between Grassington and Kettlewell on the main road, wearing hi viz and displaying bright lights. On each occasion this company's van drove within a whisker of me. Luckily for the driver I didn't have my camera running otherwise this company would be receiving a letter from North Yorkshire Police.

Appalling experience from start to finish. Firstly, it’s impossible to contact them over the phone. Nobody has ever answered a single call when trying to arrange an appointment or discuss the issues I have experienced which has meant all correspondence has been done by email; laborious and inefficient is an understatement! Secondly, the quality of the work carried out was extremely poor, resulting in more remedial work needing to be carried out than we started with. In the end, after 2 visits, we had no choice but to use another company to rectify the initial problem and the number of additional issues caused by this company. Thirdly, I wouldn’t even bother issuing a complain because that gets a stiff ignoring too! I would never consider using this company again for their services, nor could I ever recommend them to anyone in the area.
