This is a gem of a shop. Very friendly and helpful staff and their long opening hours and easy parking make it my go to for sending any parcels. I cannot rate them more highly, they are excellent.

I’ve started using this small post office and I never have to queue for long. They are polite and efficient. I was fed up of the staff at another post office (people in Skipton know who they are) who are always bad tempered, spectacularly unhelpful (gave me wrong advice which cost me an extra £10 postage) and seem to close counters if they’re busy.

Royal Mail closed this super little Post Office at the beginning of April. The lady and gentleman who ran it were very well trained and excellent at their job. Business transferred to Spar in Sackville Street. I won't go in there again, staff haven't a clue, no training.
