Britannia Willis

I used Britannia Willis in December 2025 for a house move involving a lot of stuff. Their quote was very reasonable and they were easy to deal with whilst making arrangements. They handled all my items carefully, both when loading and unloading. There was a delay after loading of several hours, awaiting solicitors doing their bit. The team ended up having to wait with a loaded wagon, unable to do anything until keys were made available. They never complained and just shrugged it off, cheerfully. They weren't able to start unloading in the new house until after it went dark. Again, everything was done professionally and without any shred of complaint. They were willing to do exactly what I wanted right to the last item, despite it turning into a very long day for them. I've used Britannia in the past and they've always been grand. My most recent experience with them further reinforced the fact that they offer good value and that it's well worth involving professional movers like these. I couldn't fault anything and I'm VERY grateful. I have no hesitation in recommending Britannia Willis (based at Skipton) to anyone else moving house.

Britannia Willis moved us today. It was a hefty three day operation. Both Dan and Ian were absolitely incredible. So calm, kind. Hard hard working and super caring. They loved the shortbread and mince pies i got them. I can quite honestly say though they were so expertise in everything they did, careful and considerate. Amazing. Thankyou guys so very very much. Really superb service from everyone at Willis in Skipton. Very good support from Jonathon and Dan in the complicated week prior to the move. Followed by a removal in the capable hands of Luke and Dan with additional help from Simon...what a great bunch of guys. Nothing was too much trouble, they were amazing! Would highly recommend them.

We employed Britannia Willis to move us 80+ miles. They performed well and did everything they said they would do, without fuss. The office staff and removal staff were great; helpful, polite and efficient. Recommended.
