Rang this company when my freesat box hard drive stopped working. Easy to connect to shop, very helpful man arranged for a call for next day, £45 call out charge, payable upfront, quite understandable. The A Team arrive (their name) ran through all the test to confirm the problem and that the box was not repairable. They said they would order a replacement box and would let me know when they could fit it. True to their word the shop rang to confirm when the box had arrived and arrange a call to install and set up the new box. The B Team (their name) arrived as arranged and carried out a swift and painless installation and set up. The young man that did the set up really knew his job. A real professional. actually they both were. Thanks to all concerned.

Excellent service from these guys, very patient with our new tv delivery and set up and then very helpful on the day of delivery when an incident with a neighbours car kinda went belly up and all hands to the deck was required! Thanks team, your the best. Ps my advice is Do not shop elsewhere!
