Lovely shop. I actually do not like the colour coordination because I prefer to find my size and lol at all the colours of pants or jumpers in my size... I had to go and look at specific places eg do I fancy a black jumper. Look in black area at my size. Do I want a blue top... Etc I didn't know what I was looking fro specifically so it's annoying but I can see how it works for some. Good bric back area too. Bloke working there seemed nice :)

Went in today with my teenage son and we usually go straight upstairs. As my son headed for the stairs, he didn't go up them, the man behind the counter shouted really loudly "upstairs is closed." Which would've been fine as there was also a barrier there and my son had already turned round after realising, but in front of the whole shop and it was very busy, he proceeded to read aloud the sign that was written above head level. It was so humiliating, rude, downright disrespectful and wrong. Even another customer stated that it was just habit to make your way to the stairs as soon as you walk in and he was rude. We walked out and won't be going back which is shame because we have spent a lot money in there in the past. Awful customer service.

A large, modern, beautifully-arranged shop with hundreds of bargains. Loads of great accessories and brica. The team were really welcoming and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Been in today and the guy behind the counter was extremely rude. I had a pram with me and I was alone which is already hard work. I had got up the step and the front end of the pram through the door but then I realised the back wheels would not fit through. I started to try to open the second door myself and asked if it was ok. He snapped back "well if you move your pram back I will open it". It was already back plenty enough to open the door but I pulled it back further and back down the step and he opened the door. When I got through the door I saw the sign that said the kids stuff was upstairs (not the best placement wh n plenty of parents shopping will have prams and children to contend with). But as I knew what I was looking for (premature baby clothing for a friend who got obvious reasons has unexpectedly got a very tiny baby and no clothing) I asked if they would have any of that. He just shrugged and said "you will have to go and look won't you). I love shopping in charity shops to help charities and also to reuse clothing and avoid waste but I certainly will not be coming back here if this guy is ever serving again.
