I called into this branch as I was having trouble with a gift card. The 2 ladies in there were excellent. They were friendly, helpful and so professional. They are a credit to their company.

I visited the store to look at the sale items. It had a lot of choice and the clothes are well displayed. I found an assistant who was arranging a handbag display. The lady was friendly and very helpful. I was engaged in a conversation with her about the display which I really enjoyed as I am quite a creative person. I will definitely be returning to the store on my next bus trip to Skipton.

Fantastic service by Lauren who helped me find a replacement item for the one I received at Xmas that was to small. She located the item at another store then picked the phone up and contacted them to see if it was still in stock which it was I have now got the item and now a total satisfied customer. I just wish more retail staff adopted the old fashioned values of looking after the customer. Thank you and well done.

Excellent customer service, the staff there are so friendly and welcoming, I have found everyone so helpful and happy to assist. The store looks beautiful with such a great range of gorgeous clothes. Definitely recommend!
