I love Boyes for my craft things. Upstairs they have quite a lot to chose from but their prices have become less competitive. Although they have things here that they don't have else where, there is also a lot less of it than there was when I first started shopping here. It's ashame really as I think the store is a lot quieter as a result . I understand that prices needed to rise but I don't think making it less competitive is the answer . Plus the majority of the stock is more mundane than it used to be. The stock downstairs , which is Hardwear and food stuffs is quite pricey too. I've noticed that I can get the downstairs things cheaper elsewhere.

Called in today to purchase some Vallejo acrylic paints, the section had quite a few missing & was in a bit of a mess. Spoke to Craig, he was extremely helpful, friendly & efficient. Craig is the reason you get 4 stars. To the manager, please speak to your allocator about filling the whole section & allow time for a staff member to tidy it up. Many thanks, a regular customer.

I wetn to boys satore, an after i habe encounterd the scary manager (I have very bad experiens with manages befor). i was shaqkeing, and i was sos cared that i. Didn't wnt to enter! but; i; faced my fear an ran inside!! however; i got inside and a work(er hoo worked at boye said "yo cannt run in here." i was verty sad, but understood. so i walk in, slowly! it has now ben 13 minute sinec i got out of my voxhal diesel. i was going to shop: for trees; toolet rol, papier, etc, and more. i left. overeal. o love thsis pp;ace. oit my hpmeland and i get the gplf and of the galodn tomowrow, anyway. i will Include 2 AI drmatic repsentatonz of me; enterging this - store!, have a good day.

We went browsing around the shop like we do and noticed a bit of a commotion with staff.We just being slightly curious followed the staff just to nosey really. It turns out a member of staff called Mark from his name badge had put two dried mealworms which they sell in the shop into a soft sweet and he gave it to young lady fellow member of staff who didn't suspect anything.And she had actually eaten it.Actually totally disgusting Mark shame on you.

Treated with utter disrespect at the counter and experienced a lot of discrimination towards me because of my age and as soon as I walked in the staff we're talking about us like we we're criminals
