Sense

I've been to Skipton three times in the last month each time browsing in all 7/8 charity shops. This one is by far the best. Cheap and has abit of everything. Today I got 2 pairs of next jeans and a jumper for 8 pounds total! Fantastic. Other shops. Are far too overpriced. They also had 50p cds and cheap books and bric brck and kids items. It's fab!! ❤️

Got told I could purchase a bike that had been left on site if it was left until the end of the week. Chased it up and the manager flatly denied any such conversation had taken place with the staff member who relayed this to me. So either the manager or staff were lying. Absolutely ridiculous. but hey, if you want to buy stuff, say you'll collect it next day, then spend two weeks doing nothing whilst your item takes up space, this is the place to go! I can handle a lack of professionalism, but it's the blatant dishonesty that annoyed me. I'd rate zero if I could.

A regular call for me, but I am beginning to think that some donations are being creamed off for sale elsewhere, there seems to have been no sportswear for weeks. Staff are invariably helpful and polite.

Excellent friendly staff, who showed great compassion when i received a devastating phone call while visiting the shop.

Slightly inflated prices due to being in a tourist location but otherwise a nice shop.
