Exceptional Customer Service! Five stars isn't enough for the service I received recently at Artisan, Skipton. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The shop itself is a pleasant sensory experience due to the wonderful aromatic scents. The quality of the goods is superb (including the delish chocolate). The shop assistant Sophie, went above and beyond to help me. She explained the different products in great detail. It's rare to find this level of care and attention. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Beautiful shop full of gorgeous things. Made even better by beautiful Sophie, who took time to chat with both myself and my mum. We even found we had things in common and swapped emails which i was thrilled about as she could see i care for mum and was so understanding. I hope one day to meet up with lovely Sophie for coffee. Such a rare gem ❤️❤️❤️

I came in to find a present for my mum's birthday. Sophie was so welcoming, friendly and helpful and we had a really good chat. The products are beautiful, perfect for gifting ( or treating yourself to something special) would recommend and will definitely be back

Artisan is a little gem of a shop in Skipton and well worth a visit to buy something special. Sophie served me on my last trip to the shop. She was friendly and helpful and we got chatting as Artisan sells fabulous dog collars and it turned out that we both have treasured pooches! So we had a lovely conversation concerning them. I am so looking forward to going in the shop soon to buy goodies and stocking fillers for Christmas.
