I would've given 5 stars, because the different varieties of wines and beers are fantastic but the customer service we got was quite poor. The man serving us had zero customer service skills even though we spent over £30 on bottles. I asked if I could leave the beers whilst i go and get my car and pick them up straight after as they were a little heavy and I struggle with walking. Anyway I was told "not really" because the shop electrics were hit n miss. Hearing that I said OK can I have another carrier bag please which he replied yes for 10p. I mean come on!!

Really extensive selections but service is hit and miss depending on who's working. I'd say the wines are slightly overpriced in general but they do good offers so works out if you're not going for something specific. Range of beers is impressive too, can't comment on pricing as I've no idea.
