O2 Store

The Skipton O2 shop could not have done more to help me. I have zero confidence in anything tech related and really appreciated the care that was taken to explain things to me while resolving my issue. I must give a special mention to Raza whose skill, patience and facilitating approach were second to none. It's such a shame that the Achilles heal of O2 is the poor signal, if O2 cracked that problem and gave the level of service l received from the Skipton O2 shop, O2 could surely be brand leaders...

I went into the store and asked an O2 assistant to help me with accessing my recent bills. I explained that I had tried to do this through the app bit because of my poor eyesight and thought it would be easier to go into the store and ask for this information there. The assistant pulled up my account but refused to print or email my bills for me as she wasn't obliged to do so. I went on to explain that due to my age my eye sight is poor and that was the reason I had come into the store. The assistant had alot of piercings and was rude. I told her I was going to make a complaint but she didn't seem to care. If this is the kind of customer service I can expect from O2 after being a customer over 10 years with multiple accounts I am seriously considering changing my provider and making a further negative reviews on trust pilot and other websites.

Unhelpful. I went in on Sunday to buy a phone but was told they weren't accepting cash. They said they'd reserve the phone and sim card for me and when I asked them if they were certain (they didn't seem very organised) the manager told me it'd be fine, they have loads in stock. I returned three days later to collect the phone only to be told they've sold it, the paper with my name on is in the back but the phone is gone and there actually aren't loads in stock. No apology, no alternative solution offered. Don't waste your time trying to get anywhere with this useless shop.

I was having a problem with my phone, and a man named Vision absolutely went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend you go into O2 and ask for Vision. What a champ

After being given the run around by O2 customer services on the phone, cancelling my contracts then setting up new ones (nearly 2 hours on the phone) and evidently unnecessary, I resorted to visiting the O2 store in Skipton. So glad I did! Great help, friendly, could see exactly how the original agent had just been making it complicated to claim new sales and Skipton got my personal and work phones sorted. Thank you!
