My 80-something technophobe father needed to replace his ancient phone with a 4G one, and move to a monthly contract so he didn’t have to remember to top up. The team at the Tesco Mobile stand in the Skipton store did a great job sorting this all out for him. Their in-person service was very much appreciated!

Absolutely shocking customer service. After speaking with Tesco Mobile over the phone (who struggled to even understand what are issue was) we went instore to find someone to speak to who understood the English language. Google and Tesco website shows a Tesco Mobile within the Skipton store. So we drove to Skipton (no Tesco Mobile Section) and when we asked the staff they just looked at us with a blank expression. Why are Tesco showing that there is a Tesco mobile in the store at Skipton when there is clearly not.

Today we called into Skipton Store to upgrade my husbands phone as his old phone was not working as it should. We was served by Irtiza Khan who was absolutely brilliant. He showed us all our options, and not once gave us 'The Hard Sell' and was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly to both us and the customers waiting to be served. I'm also a Tesco Mobile customer, and would have no hesitation in recommending both Tesco mobile or the Skiton Store. WELL DONE Irtiza Khan you are a credit to your Company.
