Shooligans

Went in today with my 99% centile baby after having issues with Clark's and their fittings and recommendations. The customer service we received wax amazing and the shoes recommend were in the sale. The lady could have easily sold us the most expensive pair but sold us what was best for my son

Unfortunately this is not a positive review but l feel l need to do this. My granddaughter came in for new school shoes. We were fitted and received good customer service at this point. She wore the shoes for 1 day and complained the skin had visably rubbed on the big toe and little toe. My daughter returned and was frostily told that the measurements were all ok and to try for another week to see if they got any better ????? On the way home she went to another shoe shop in Barrowford and purchased another pair My son in law returned the original shoes and demanded the money back which he received I myself also bought two pairs of shoes for my children which came £121 which fitted perfectly but l m afraid l won’t be returning with the customer experience my daughter received Such a shame

Shooligans is fantastic. The ladies are so kind, knowledgeable, helpful and patient even when they are crazy busy. My children have really narrow feet and this is the only shoe shop where they actually get a choice. We were so well looked after when we went on Saturday even though they were super busy. They adhere to all the covid prevention measures and we felt really safe shopping here. Thank you so much Shooligans.

Shooligans are amazing. For the last 6 years we have bought shoes here. Brilliant customer service and always helpful and friendly. Would never buy my daughters shows anywhere else.

I contacted Shooligans whilst in lockdown as my little one had outgrown his shoes. What a great service they provided. The shoes arrived the same week & fit perfectly.
