I went into the Skipton branch to buy a chair for a festival. I have a bad back so wanted to make sure I was getting the right chair. The staff were really helpful and let me try out each chair. They also demonstrated how to use the one I decided on. They gave me a discount and a free water bottle-bonus. Thank you for being really helpful. Excellent service.
