I first called some months ago and I was impressed with the help given. After holding on to the visiting card for months as I was looking to update my computer I called last week with a dilemma as to whether or not to buy a new on or change it to a lap top or just a tablet, he was very good and understood my problem, so he asked me to take my computer to him. This I did and instead of spending money on a new one, he repaired my desk top in a very short period of time. I have now got it back and it is running beautifully. I am very happy with the help and service and would recommend him - Many thanks.

When my desktop tower refused to boot, I spoke to Felix at The Computer Shop who agreed to carry out a full diagnostic check to determine the cause with no obligation to have any repairs carried out. Within a few hours, the root cause was identified (memory module) but Felix wanted to continue with the diagnostics overnight to check the hard drives etc. After a day & a half, the tower is up & running again. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost.

Went in with my macbook to be repaired and the owner messed me around and lied to me for 4 weeks and gave me the macbook back with no fix at all. When I finally went in to collect he was abusive and angry, would never recommend this place
