We stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean, tidy, and cosy. Great location, skipton centre within walking distance. Perfect quick get away location. We had come for a wedding and they kindly gave us an extremely late check out without an extra charge. It was greatly appreciated seeing as we were worse for wear and hours to kill before our flight home. Massively appreciated

Our host Debbie was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble . Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was within 5-10mins walking distance to the town centre so no need for buses or taxis.

Just had a one night stay with my mrs here. Lovely room but bed was a bit bouncy. Shower was nice and room had everything we needed including a fan and hair dryer etc. Very well priced room and was really clean and well presented. When we Arrived early the door was closed with no answer from Bell. Steps up to entrance both sides so access may be a problem for wheelchair. Room for 2 cars to park outside but easy enough to park on street around corner. Small walk into Skipton town from guest house. Nice little pub around corner that doesn't great food and Tesco with fuel just across road.

Not recommended for business trips. I've been emailing the hotel for weeks to get and invoice don't manage to get a response. The hand writen receipt won't be accepted by most companies.

Just had 4 nights here (room 9) and we were very impressed. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I think it was a king size bed and it was spot on. The bathroom is a decent size and tea / coffee / biscuits were replaced daily. The room is well decorated and has everything you could need. Shower wasnt brilliant but once you master the art of getting the temperature right, its absolutely fine. Other rooms have proper showers (this was a bath with a shower head) and to be fair we were given a choice on arrival. Certainly not a complaint though, everything worked fine and the bathroom was perfectly good enough. It had a shaving point which was handy. Never noticed any noise from the road outside and to be honest it isn't exactly a major junction. The owner (forgive me I don't remember her name) was lovely and very welcoming. We didn't eat breakfast but it did smell good! A very short walk into the town and a supermarket over the road. There is some parking available. There are two spaces outside the guest house but finding parking in neighbouring roads was very easy. If you can't get parked outside the guest house, we parked in Pembroke Street which is a 30 second walk at the very most and unrestricted parking throughout. We paid nearly £100 per night which I thought was very reasonable (late August). All in all we had 4 very pleasant nights here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone looking for a guest house in skipton. Thank you Highfield Guesthouse for a lovely stay.
