My son and I went yesterday and paid £30 for a Day pass. Which I thought was quite extortionate. Went inside the changing rooms had grin and toenails. Only one shower was working one was broken. The shower in the pool area was broken and running on cold only. Went into the Jacuzzi was also broken. Went into the sauna the wooden seat was broken. Absolutely disgraceful honestly. I’ve never sent a review of anything before, but I felt this place was disgraceful.
Went in today paid £20 for a day pass with my son and was not informed the sauna and jacuzzi were not in use a joke of a place did try talk to the staff on my way out and they looked lost very poor customer service would not recommend to anyone
Mens changing rooms are in a disgusting state. The whole place needs a deep clean. Sauna Jaccuzi Steam Room not in very good condition. Stay away if you have a bad immune system.
I haven't stayed at the hotel for a while but am a member at the gym it has all the things for a gym ie cardio machines weights.,sauna ,steam room jacuzzi swimming pool . All the facilities need a make over / upgrade . But the staff have always been very welcoming and friendly . Especially new additions chris and Mark the mens changing rooms are much cleaner than the used to be and you can actually find shower gel these days well done guys it doesn't go unnoticed, keep the good work up 👍
Took a 2 year old last week on Friday when they say they open for kids at 11am, no problem at all. Brought him again today at same time, to be told they don't allow kids in and that they shouldn't have done last week either. Was told their management was coming in today so can't make any exceptions. Times incorrect, seems really disorganised. Won't be back.
