I had an amazing experience at my Pilates class at UNITY Gym. The studio itself is absolutely stunning… calm, welcoming and the kind of space that immediately puts you at ease. Avril was fantastic; she clearly explained every movement and made sure everyone in the class felt supported throughout. Everything was adapted so well, I definitely felt like I’d done a workout. Highly recommend.
Visited this gym when staying in the area with a friend and absolutely loved it. Wish it was local to me! Had never done Reformer Pilates before but Avril put us at ease and my abs felt it the next day! Liam coached us through a killer workout, again had never really done anything like it before but felt inspired and supported. Highly recommend
I visited Unity for a Hyrox Sim last Sunday. I missed my starting time because of weather conditions and they allowed me to still race at the end of the day. Every Coach made me feel welcomed and cheered me up through out. Very well organised event. Ruth the owner took her time to chat with me at the end. Definitely will be back for more events.
Gym Unity Emsay is outstanding! The facility is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need for any style of training. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping members reach their goals. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced athletes. Classes are fun, energetic, and professionally led. I’ve seen real progress since joining and always look forward to my workouts. Highly recommended!
Walking into a gym for the first time can be intimidating, but joining Unity Embsay was easily the best decision I’ve made for my fitness. The coaches are incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in every member's progress. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-organised, stocked with top-tier equipment for any training style. I especially love how the classes are structured; they are inclusive for beginners while still challenging more experienced members. With a huge variety of daily sessions and the option for 1-2-1 coaching, there is something for everyone. I cant recommend Unity gym highly enough—give it a try!
