The Pheasantry , Camping and Caravanning

We stayed at The Pheasantry Campsite for 4 nights as an extension of our caravan holiday, and it was the perfect choice! The site is ideally located for visiting Scarborough, Malton, and Whitby, with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The facilities are smart, clean, and well-maintained, and the owners are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – our daughter loved meeting the chickens and their amazing dogs, and she even got to have a go on the sit-down lawn mower, which absolutely made her day! It has been a truly amazing stay and the perfect end to our summer holiday. We would highly recommend The Pheasantry to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and family-friendly campsite

Lovely rural camping site basic amenities but clean . Had a very restful 10 days there. The view's from the site are stunning with plenty of places to visit not far away. Owners were very friendly and helpful will definitely be returning

Another excellent stay at the Pheasantry, peaceful, quiet and scenic. There's plenty to do in the local area, Scarborough, Dalby Forest, Yorkshire Water Park are only a short drive away. Paula's and Dave are so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Stayed for 2 nights August bank holiday weekend. What a lovely little peaceful campsite with plenty of space between vans and tents, Dave and Paula are amazing hosts. Nothing is too much trouble, even free-range eggs available for breakfast. You can even have cooked breakfast delivered to your van. This is something we look forward to having next time. Very dog 🐕 friendly. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at their gorgeous Shepherd Hut this week and wow what a delightful stay! The hosts were kind and generous with us from helping us with transport after a long hike to stoking up the log burner pre arrival. The guy itself had lots of special handcrafted touches, it was clear a lot of love and care went into the place and we will no doubt return
