Cave Castle Health Club

A lovely spa day use of the facilities. My friends and I were welcomed by Emma and her team (Kirsty at Cave Castle Spa looked after us beautifully as always and made sure we had everything we needed). The coffee yard Bistro Beth pulled out all the stops for a surprise cake. Special acknowledgement to Caroline who cleans the club - she was working hard and does an immaculate job.

Such a tired old gym untrained or just don’t know anything at reception desk pool nice but can be filled with hotel guests no one supervised when they’re loud or jumping about we canceled our membership Nov having paid for sunbed upfront thought we d give it another try today but wanted to charge £60 joining fee again they’d no record of our sunbed s the gym was empty speaks volumes 😡

Enjoyed being a new member. The gym is old and tired and could do with a refurbishment, I'm not sure there's the desire to upgrade these facilities. The pool area however is very good, a lovely,well heated pool, sauna and steam room in a pleasant setting. Quite expensive for the facility when compared to other health clubs.

Used the swimming pool, nice when not busy but not so nice when crowded. Having been spoilt recently at nice pools that were not crowded if I were going back here then I'd try and find out what time is quietest.

Pool can be a bit busy at times for doing lengths (eg children's swim times - which are great with the kids) but it's always clean, available and friendly staff
