We wanted our rear, L-shaped, garden remodelling and the quote we were given was very reasonable. The team worked very well and we were kept fully informed of how the job was progressing. They also checked with us to confirm what we wanted at every stage. The end result was better than we had hoped for and now we can't wait to furnish the patio area and buy the plants. We can't recommend Ben, Tony and Sam enough.

Just want to express my thanks to the team i considered artificial grass for some time, i was unsure . Ben came out explained everything and showed me quality of grass and go ahead . Really pleased with the outcome grass looks fantastic , job was done on time everything was cleaned , neat and tidy. Looks amazing!

XXXX DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY XXXX Pease do not use this company if you want a straight fence, that lasts longer than 18 months, or for any other services that you may have a problem with at a later date & need rectifying. Unfortunately we used Garden Services East Yorkshire to erect a previously straight but old fence, that had blown down in a storm. We had problems from the word go, Tony who works for Ben, immediately annoyed my neighbour by informing her he was going to dig up her drive to install our new concrete fence posts.. Which we as good neighbours assured her he would not be doing, and informed Tony to erect the fence where the previous one had been. This was just the start of a comedy of errors. Tony was obviously way out of his depth with this job, & we began to realise we had made a terrible mistake using this company. Eventually after Tony had left the job, & a terrible mess in our garden & our neighbours garden, I asked him to please give me his bosses name so I could make a complaint, Tony informed me that he was the boss of the afore mentioned company, & he had cancer & couldn’t come back to our job for a few months. Eventually after finding out that the boss of this company was in fact Ben, I decided to continue my complaint with Ben. Hoping that I would get more satisfaction, which initially I did. Ben agreed to come & finish the job & clear the mess which his employee had left. Unfortunately this took a lot longer than I would have liked. However Ben also informed me that he had sacked Tony, for lying & poor workmanship. So I was happy at this point, not that a poorly man had lost his job. But that my job was now complete, even if it was at least 2 months overdue. Skip forward approx 18 months, & you can imagine my dismay, to then find one of the new posts loose, & a fence panel leaning. We had had no high winds, & there was no other plausible reason for this fence to now look like a dogs hind leg. So I contacted Ben, & was not at all surprised that yet again I got the run around from him regarding this issue. It has taken numerous texts & emails, to eventually get a visit from Ben (6 months later from when I first contacted him) to access the situation, which he promptly decided had been caused by my neighbour landscaping her garden. Which is utter rubbish, but I expected no less from this highly unscrupulous, dishonest individual. Who makes promises to come then cancels the day before he’s due. Garden services East Yorkshire will take your money, but will not deliver a good service. Ben informs me now that, he doesn’t do fencing anymore, & one look at the pictures I’m posting with this review will tell you why. Tony is apparently working for Ben again, so this in itself proves that a good job & customer service is not high up on this companies list of priorities. Also be warned that we had to pay the full amount just short of £2k before any work even started, which again speaks volumes regarding this company. XXXXXX BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY XXXXXX

Thanks to Ben and the team who installed a long garden path. Have done the job properly and cared about the work. Good value compared to some others. Left everything tidy. Thank you, we will use you again.
