Lovely place and positive atmosphere, very person centered experience. Has pregnancy class, amazing feelings afterwards. Everyone knows each other in class, yoga, calm music, pelvic floor exercises, guided by instructor meditation. Classes with babies, different types of yoga. Worth visiting for mood uplift, will be returning and telling friends

I booked a private session for myself and a friend as a birthday treat. It was absolutely fabulous. Rebecca made it fun yet calming and accommodated my replacement knee. An additional unexpected very lovely extra were the photos Rebecca took during the session. Highly recommend!
