£12 for a portobello mushroom pizza including £2 for extra few ‘bits’ of pepperoni. 8 bits of mushroom at the most and a few small blobs of cheese. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY! Huge dog in the restaurant with its food bowl had to be removed to let the customer in and another dog also in and out!! Really? Didn’t open the box until we got home or it would have been handed back instantly. Not worth the extra 5 miles to go back. Needed to eat something!! Only saving grace was the thin base. Will not go again.
Amazing pizza! We were walking through Sowerby Bridge and my husband happened to decide he was hungry for pizza after passing Papa Dough. So glad he did! The staff couldn't do enough to make us comfortable and happy, frequently checking in on us as we waited for our pizzas and offering dips for our crust on the house. The pizza itself was great, thin crust with a good balance of cheese and tomato sauce and fresh from the pizza oven. The crust was thicker but bouncy so it was easy to chew and light to eat. The decor was modern and well zoned with plenty of room and comfy seating options. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again both in person and via Just Eat.
This place is an absolute GEM to find nestled in the otherwise Dour-by Bridge... a glimmer of inspiration I hope for some of the other eateries in the locale that seem to have lost their way. Perfect pizza, made with care and attention to the craft, and the greatest staff this side of the river. Keep it up, we'll be back again!!
Great pizza and a nice addition to Sowerby Bridge. Amazing crispy bases and great toppings. Highly recommend the spicy honey dip and aioli along the side! Really friendly and will be ordering again!
We had the Hoisin duck pizza which was just amazing and the mushroom pizza.. the tomato pizza sauce was really nice!! One think that I loved was the nice friendly feel to the place and the face you can bring your own wine.. which makes it an affordable evening out/ date night… will definitely be back
