Really not happy lately . I paid for a tub of satay sauce in my order and every time I ordered it’s been shocking it’s watered down and flavourless . It never used to be like this and it’s so disappointing as it used to be the best satay sauce. Now it’s just a grey watered down mess . Inedible .
First time ordering yesterday, never used this takeaway before. Really good!! Food hot and tasted amazing. Delivery time was excellent and food arrived early. We will definitely be back.
1 star is too much. Spent £30 on an order, they wouldn't deliver it because I was a lone worker in a pub and needed them to come inside. Customer service is shocking, can't even do the smallest thing for a paying customer like bring the food inside. Gone to Happy Eating now who will deliver the food inside as requested.
Food came under delivery time but was absoutley awful. Everything tasted soggy and old like it had been frozen, refried and warmed in microwave. Never again had to bin🤮🤢
Ordered a Satay Chicken and it looked and tasted more like a black bean sauce! Was like the picture I’ve attached but very watery! Explained that it was wrong and he claimed that the chef said it was correct even though no peanut flavour at all! Had to take it back to get this corrected and got no apology after spending nearly £30!
