Absolutely smashing fish and chips. Shop looks like 1987 might call at any minute asking for it back, but the food is top scran. Also has dandelion and burdock, which is a sure sign of a proper chip shop!
The shop Looks abit rough, but the food is bang on, the fish was super meaty n tasty high quality which is the main thing,
Ordered 3 large fish and chips all with large curry sauces. The fish was made to order so lovely and fresh. Chips were not as good unfortunately otherwise I'd of given 5 stars. (Close to closing so maybe different if they were freshly made) The service was quick as could be and friendly. Would recommend if the chips were on par.
Absolutely love the guy in the fishshop, very welcome and friendly. Fresh fish always and really really good batter, and the chips too not once have I had greasy sweaty food from here top marks from me
Working in the local area and fancied a chippy, called in with a few of lads! Food was hot and tasted good! Good portions, friendly staff also a good selection on the menu for food and drinks!
