Virtual Olive have been the support network for Pollards Moving & Storage for the past 12 months. They have expertly managed how we operate as a company and have been very adaptable as and when required. I would highly recommend Virtual Olives services to anyone that needs admin, accounts and business support in their business.

We have used Virtual Olive for a number of years now. Their customer service is absolutely excellent. Really friendly and nothing is a problem. This business thinks it’s okay to park where ever they like outside people’s homes , no respect for residence within their own community , would avoid at all cost, also manager thinks this is okay for their staff to do this, imagine parking outside someone’s hour 9-5 every day , rude behaviour Thanks for your response whilst it’s not technically a private road i asked in a nice way that you please don’t park directly outside our premises this is more out to courtesy for your neighbours which clearly you know nothing about , the lights have only been there for a short time and you park here everyday there is car park you could park in yet choose not to , know body is making threats you called me back very angry you should really work on this it’s not a good luck for a business you clearly don’t care about your neighbours which shows what type of business you are running - do better Re your request for further communication this wont be necessary as you are aware of my request. - You seem very defensive for a company that claims not to park outside residents properties but then does , capital letters is very aggressive much like your phone attitude ! no response to you parking in the car park right outside your building ? don’t worry about other businesses my review is about yours and your lack of regard for your neighbours I am entitled to leave a review based upon my thoughts and what I know to be correct, the other businesses were also asked about parking there (not that that’s your business) but were much more co operative, threatening and bullying won’t get you anywhere , once again do better I’m not sure google allows phone recordings, you really need to get a grip about this windows thing, it’s simply not true , you were the one shouting down the phone - zero threats were made instead a polite request that was met with hostility

I have used Virtual Olive on a few occasions now, not only are they incredibly efficient and friendly, they consistently go above and beyond our requirements. The team took time to learn about our business in detail so as to provide holiday cover for us, essentially running our entire operation in my absence. They are my first port of call for cover/assistance and my business always feels so safe in their hands.

We have been working with the Virtual Olive team since last year in April. They handle all our phone calls and book our patients in for us. They have given us additional time to focus on running our business. They communicate efficiently and pass all messages on promptly. They react to our business needs.
