Fantastic service by rob! He came out at 7.30pm to fix my faulty plug socket that had tripped all the upstairs electric due to water damage. Fast, friendly service and very well priced. Highly recommend.... 5 star service 🌟

R.B Electrical swiftly identified the issue I had with an electric fire and sockets built into my media wall. R.B Electrical installed new sockets, and sorted out the fuse and carried out safety tests. From the first call to let me know that they were on their way right through to the completion of the job they were professional, courteous and very efficient. I would highly recommend R.B. Electrical and I will have no hesitation in contacting them for my future jobs.

Requested quote. Visited my property and received quote all within two days. Agreed dates to carry out the works. Arrived promptly. Absolutely fantastic service. The guys who did the work ( I won’t name them on this post ) did a great job. No mess the workmanship was brilliant. Replaced EV charging unit at home. Used online website to request work, quote arrived first thing on Monday (Submitted Sunday). Fast response to queries regarding replacement charger unit and installation site. Arranged for job to be undertaken promptly. On day team were punctual, friendly and courteous. Replacement charger installed hassle free and Rob's team ensured the EV charger was working with vehicle and also went through its smart phone app. Thank you.

Asked RB to fit an EV charger at a new address after Podpoint messed me around. After a thorough survey thr quote arrived very promptly, and the work started a day later. The job turned out to take longer than they'd expected - but everyone on the team kept working on it until the job was done, and remained cheerful, friendly and polite all the way through. I'm really pleased with the neat and tidy job, and enjoyed having the guys round while the work was going on. A fine bunch who do excellent work - highly recommended.
