Charger is good and easy to connect to with various options. The only criticism is these chargers are expensive in comparison to rivals. It may have been due to my battery temperature etc. but the maximum rate I got was 46kW on an ID. 3.

Absolute travesty. 83.5p per kwh!!! They claim 'up to 150kw' charging speed to validate this, but we were getting under 60 for most of it, and our car has charged at 210kw before. To get 35% it cost Β£28. Absolutely ridiculous. Clearly trying to lose no money compared to selling petrol and diesel.
