K Nails

First time getting my nails done, showed the lady a photograph of what I wanted and she delivered perfectly! Obsessed and will definitely be going back ���

Lovely first visit, the lady working there was quick but still took time to ensure each nail was perfect. Good value too and the salon was lovely and clean! Will definitely become a regular :)

Absolutely shocking to say the least I've been here a fair few times and no problem, I've just been completely ripped off, I paid £28 for nails not acrylics my own nails and eyebrows waxing and tinting the last time I went lovely experience, wow this time £37 my nails and eye brows are awful, I explained I wasn't happy, to nothing at all from the staff just morbid and rude, she didn't ask me once if I liked my nails, just kept putting them under lamp, I was trying to be patient but I lost it after she told me price, I wasn't there even 45 mins, she was on her phone on a video call which made me feel uncomfortable, after I voiced my opinion they just looked at me like I was stupid, I feel stupid with my eyebrows not been done properly, I would avoid they say look at prices but I'm sure they change them every time, I wouldn't mind paying £37 if the service was good and pleasant but it really wasn't they are both rude and arrogant, don't understand why people work in these industries if they have no customer service skills, I'm just so unhappy

absolutely horrendous experience, had service from the male nail technician initially who went into an aggressive frenzie when I asked him to file down more evenly. He just lost it and started shouting to the point the female technician came and continued the nail service. The other customers were shocked too and it reduced me to tears after I tried to calmly reason with him to say I wasn't being critical I just wanted them a little shorter. I asked the other customers if they thought I was in the wrong or unreasonable and all said not. i had been recommended to come here on my birthday, it is local and the female technician is lovely but this males aggressive attitude is worrying and it is a shame that he spoilt my day and experience

Worst nails I've ever had done. Rude staff, couldn't even be bothered to look at my hands as was too busy on their phone. They're a mess. Don't bother going.
