Asda Hillcrest Express Petrol

I have been here a few times and staff have always been helpful. Today I go in to drop a parcel off for delivery and I am served by a young man, name I think was Arsham, I am so cross I cannot remember....he was rude, dismissive not helpful...he threw my parcel onto the floor...so when I challenged him and asked him to please don't throw my parcel around...he picked up really slowly and put it back down and said is that better....so I told him his attitude was appalling, he was downright rude and there was no reason for him to be like that....I had not been rude I had not spoken to him like crap so no need. I am always courteous to people I speak to people how I would like to be spoken to.. I don't know why he chose to be like that ..is it because I'm female and older...i don't know but he needs to leave his job as he is not cut out for it..trying to complain to Asda is like getting into fort Knox. No-one is interested. If I was you don't bother going there at all. As for him I hope I never ever bang into you or see you again as you will not speak to me or treat me like that again.

Most staff nice but shakzam is the rudest front of house I’ve come across!

They lie. This isn't 24hrs. Just been at 11pm and shop all locked up.
