Pharmacy+Health - Sowerby Bridge

Charged twice because pharmacy gave wrong prescription and refused a refund blaming gp error and to complain to them. Not very professional KAREN. Lady behind till about to tell me i shouldn't be charged for the correct prescription but Karen told her to Ssshhhh!! How rude. And the pharmacist I spoke to the previous evening told my they gave the wrong prescription because they were a little short of medication on the corrected prescription, he apologised accepting i could exchange the next day. Seems KAREN make her own rules up. What kind of place do we live in when the local pharmacy is now ripping patients off!! Complaint is going in.

I've just received my COVID and Flu jabs at this pharmacy. Excellent relaxing service with a smile from Furhana Akram. Didn't feel a thing either. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Brilliant pharmacy working really well with the local GP practice. Their delivery service is fantastic. I use the NHS App for my repeat prescriptions. Tap one button on my phone and my medication arrives within a couple of days. I don't even have to speak to anyone.

Terrible experience today. Rang to query the fact they are going to start charging for delivery (my grans 89 & partially sighted) is she eligable for free delivery still? No she's in walking distance?? I told them she cannot walk up & down quarry hill. Their Answer...'no but you can' . I'm still in shock! I live in brighouse, don't drive, single mum to 3 children (one disabled) I also work & in between that I do the best I can for my gran. More to the point could this VERY rude receptionist see down the phone? Maybe I'm in a wheelchair? I have now moved my grans pharmacy to brighouse so I can collect for her. Absolutely disgusting service.

Your local drug pushers. Quite friendly and helpful. The store has a small staff who are quite often overwhelmed with tasks, but they try hard. The store often cannot fill prescriptions due to delivery issues.
