Sowerby Bridge Post Office

I had a great experience at the post office today. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They answered my questions clearly and helped me get everything taken care of without any hassle. The line moved quickly, and the service was smooth and organized. I really appreciate the attitude and the effort they put into making the process easy for customers. Definitely a positive experience

Awful place, from being utterly rude to customers, shouting and quite literally falling sleep at the till. Opening an closing when ever they feel like it. Completely incompetent, i have had my post sent to my own address more times than I care to count. It needs new staff

The man at the till falling asleep every 3 seconds took a good 10 minutes to post a letter. Another time I got 'passport photos' taken here for £10, had to get retaken as didn't follow guidelines and were low quality (he took them on his phone)

Avoid!! I used today for the first time in a while and and I remember why I stopped using it. Unprofessional, they always try to over charge on postage, especially with parcels. They never open when advertised and can be quiet rude. Such a shame for the local community.

Had a great experience today the lady and young man behind the counter helped me sending a form offering advice and overall very helpful and friendly.
