I honestly cannot recommend AV & JI enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into such a clean, organised, and genuinely lovely environment. The shop is always spotless, well laid out, and has such a calm and pleasant atmosphere every single time I visit. A huge part of what makes AV & JI so special is the staff, especially K and S, who work there and are absolutely lovely people. They always go above and beyond to help me with my parcels, no matter how busy it is. They’re patient, friendly, and make the whole process smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. K and S are always pleasant, polite, and welcoming, and they truly make you feel valued as a customer. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they’re consistently helpful with a smile on their faces. That level of service is rare these days and really makes AV & JI stand out. The service here is always top-tier, no matter what. Between the clean and welcoming shop and the amazing staff, AV & JI is hands down my go-to every time. travelled miles to drop a dhl parcel off to be told its too big we only take small parcels the item was not even that big i do not understand why you are registered with dhl as a drop off point when you pick and choose what size parcels are good enough for you. wasted my time. Avoid and go somewhere else

Was told that I only needed to scan 1 amazon return label. This has caused an absolute headache with amazon and caused what will be a 3 week wait for refund instead of 3 days.

Went in to drop of an Evri parcel. Their label printer wasn't working, which is fine, but he laughed at me and was pretty rude about it. Wouldn't go again

Always had kind and friendly people here who are willing to help find what it is that you need. Loved this shop and I will continue loving it. Cheap shop with reasonable prices. Lovely place
