Ordered 2 keys. Type sent not correct. Paid correct postage to return keys expecting a refund. My package was sent back to me marked as "not collected" I ended up paying an extra £1.50 to receive my "not correct" keys. Not helpful and very defensive when phoned. AVOID!

Great advice and service. I wanted to wall mount a TV on a partition wall, and he provided me with some brand new fittings (He hadn't even put them on display). The Stella Fixing did exactly what I wanted and avoided a 2nd or 3rd trim to a DIY shop. Thanks for the service and advice, it's was really appreciate.

This is known in my family as our favorite shop. IT sells everything you could need and if they don't have it they can get it. Not only that but the advice, knowledge and help offered is well above and beyond other similar shops. With their help and assistance I have turned from being worried about DIY to positively tackling anything (including rebuilding garden benches and creating a bird table from scratch).
