I’ve been training with Aaron for a number of years now. He is an excellent professional PT who encourages me to achieve my fitness objectives in a hard working but fun way. As an older client he adapts difficult programmes for me and encourages me to work hard without compromising my health or well being whilst resulting in good fitness outcomes. Aaron’s Legends of fitness sessions are challenging but fun group sessions. I would highly recommend these sessions as at the end of the season you will feel fantastically fit and looking forward to the next season. Cheers Aaron your the best :)
Aaron is the only trainer I've had that's been so focused on correct form which fills you with confidence of his knowledge. He also wrote me a plan for when I was in the gym without him which kept me focused! His legends of fitness group is brilliant for anyone even if you're just starting their fitness journey! Aaron tailors exercises if you've got an injury or mobility issues! Definitely recommend him as a PT and his Legends group!
Ron is a great personal trainer who keeps you on task and focused, but does it with humour. He helped myself and my husband get fit to climb Kilimanjaro which we did successfully in Sept 24
After many years of avoiding Gyms and a fear of the unknown, having a personal goal to make long lasting lifestyle changes, Aaron was recommended by a friend. Aaron has helped me understand how to train in the right way to avoid injuries and built confidence to get to the gym on my own. He is approachable and knowledgeable and has motivated me and also supported my wife to meet her own personal health challenges. I would highly recommend Aaron if you need a professional focus to help you meet your personal goals, whether that be building strength, cardio, overcoming health issues or just to get in shape with good lifestyle habits.
Aaron is a brilliant PT and I would recommend anyone who is looking for some support with their fitness/lifestyle journey to get in touch with Aaron. I’ve done both 1:1 personal training and attended the group fitness classes which I absolutely loved. The group classes are for all fitness levels and exercises are adapted to suit your needs. I also made lots of new friends which was great for my mental health!
