Connie is a truly unique, authentic, inspiring and wonderfully enlightening teacher and guide. I love attending her classes which are inclusive and welcoming. 100% recommended and in the heart of Sowerby Bridge.
I’d be lost without Connie’s fantastic ashtanga classes. She’s taught me so much - I didn’t think I could progress so quickly even though I’m getting older. And her sessions are so much more fun than the gym. Connie can teach any level, so if you’re a beginner try her flow class. If you’re fit, an ex-childhood gymnast or dancer (whatever your age) try her ashtanga. If you want to chill - do yin. She’s the real deal, a dedicated yogi who will support your journey safely. You rock Connie!
Connie is a brilliant teacher, she has a vast knowledge of all things yoga and physiology. She is very attentive and gives lots of options so her classes suit all levels. I always look forward to my class with Connie, they are a fundamental part of my well being and so much fun.
Connie is an amazing person and teacher. She is really patient which when I was a newcomer I really appreciated! Connie creates a warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and the studio is very cute. If you're new to yoga I would say give it a go, no need to be afraid with Connie as a teacher!
