I have used Brearey Building Experts twice now, and have found them to be very responsive and competitively priced. From my experience, Michael is a true professional. His communication is always prompt, and the two reports that I have received have been provided quickly without any need to chase or follow up. They are detailed and easy to understand which is extremely important for me. The recommendations are always clearly set out, advising "Next Steps". I have no hesitation at all in recommending Michael and Brearey Building Experts.

Michael gave a quick turnaround in terms of visiting the property (traditional stone built) and also completing the report. He also gave an initial verbal indication which was very insightful. The report is excellent with lots of photos and information, and useful indications of heat and damp testing as well as the structural work. Highly recommended.
