Same site, different name???? Please be aware!!! We booked to stay for the weekend but unfortunately, Storm Amy was on the way. We called the site to ask if we could upgrade to a pod for safety, but were told no. We explained that we’d be arriving in a few hours as we were travelling from the Lakes. We set off but quickly realised how bad the conditions were — flooded roads, fallen trees, and struggling to keep the car in the lane. It became clear that travelling any further was too dangerous. We emailed the site to explain we couldn’t continue the journey and that, with my partner being pregnant, camping in a storm just wasn’t viable. Realistically, no one should be expected to camp in those conditions. We didn’t hear anything back — no call, no email to check if we were safe after not arriving during the storm. Four days later, I followed up with another email and was told simply that they “don’t give refunds because of weather.” If it had just been rain, I’d understand. But expecting guests to camp in a severe storm shows a complete disregard for people’s safety. I chose this site based on the positive reviews, but their handling of this situation speaks volumes. Sadly, it seems profit comes before customer care. I’d strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere

We stayed at Meeting House Farm in the glamping pods for a week and absolutely fell in love with the place. The pods were spotless and really well-equipped, with super comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The newly built toilet and shower facilities were also excellent, clean, modern, and just what you want after a day outdoors. The whole site has a calm, relaxed vibe that makes it ideal for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Our dogs had the best time exploring and lounging around, it’s definitely dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The owners were absolutely lovely, welcoming, friendly, and clearly put a lot of care into making the site such a special place. We couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re after peace, fresh air, and a genuinely chilled countryside experience, this place is a gem.

We had a wonderful stay in Farrow. Excellent facilities and the location is perfect for getting to Scarborough, Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay. There's also some fantastic walks local to the site.

We had a lovely 1 night stay here in our campervan. The site is lovely with views over working farmland and the sea in the distance. The facilities were perfect, hot showers, toilets and indoor washing up area. I loved the white gravel used to ‘light up’ the pathway to the facilities in the evening, there was also soft outside lighting too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great countryside retreat, set in a farm location, mainly horses I think, lovely clean showers and toilets, plenty of camping options, 10/15 mins walk to the cinder track, which leads to Scarborough one way, Robin hoods bay & Whitby the other ideal for biking or walking
