Because my order didn’t arrive in the time scale stated I rang Castlegate stores The lady was very helpful and said that a replacement wold be sent out that day When she checked my address and that I lived about 10 miles from them that she would personelly deliver one that day which she did. I am very grateful for the excellent service. The pan is just what I needed, great quality with a 25 year warrenty.
Had a faulty item from Castlegate via ebay but was given a replacement very quickly with no palaver....I did send a photo.The young lady was very helpful and charming. Would use again.
If you need blades for your strimmers or mowers..this is a nice friendly company' to deal with... delivery was on time and I am pleased with the products..does the job..will use again..was nice talking to them as well very helpful...thank you again..
