Fantastic service from all at Minster York. Needed last minute rental and all sorted in no time. Extended rental a couple of times with no fuss. Great clean car at very competitive price. Even gave me a lift to pick up my own car once it was repaired. 5 star service all round. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service from Minster Self Drive, both ladies on reception really friendly and helpfull, a seamless transaction and the van was just the job. Spotless inside and out and the handover check was very easy and relaxed. Brilliant! After my last hire experience with a national van hire firm (who happen to be next door to Minster Self Drive [*1 star is too many for them*]) I was aprehensive to say the least. Well done MSD, keep up the good work I will be back👍🏻

Efficient, fast, effective service from a great team. It was great to deal with a person and not just a website. Helpful service for a last minute weekend rental. Great van (clean, good to drive, and all in working order.) Easy pick up, drop off, insurance and payment. Thank you so much.

I have been hiring vehicles from Minster Self Drive for many years and have always been pleased and completely satisfied with the service that I have received. There has never been a problem. Most of the other vehicle hire agencies are nearer to where I live but I always return to Minster because the prices are better than elsewhere, the vehicles are always in good order, the staff are very friendly, informative and efficient, and the general hiring process is just so simple and uncomplicated compared to some of the other places. Just last week I drove a flatbed tipper truck on a 24h hire from Minster. I'd never driven one before but it it drove well and did what was required perfectly. Minster Self Drive are the best around and I would fully recommend them to anyone. Peter
